Homecoming Ad

For my second ad I created an ad for this year's homecoming dance on October 22. I wanted to make the ad stand out from others and encourage people to go to the dance so I thought of using blue and gold disco balls since western's school colors are blue and gold. I put images in black of people dancing and having a good time on the disco balls. This ad has a theme of blue and gold for western. I really like the way it turned out, I think it's one of my best projects I've created.

 

my kaleidoscope

For this project I had to create a kaleidoscope. I took a portion of a picture and put the same part of it together several times to create a square kaleidoscope. I made the image bright and put two white strips through the images. I loved the design and this was a really fun project.

For this project I had to create an avatar of myself. I started off by making myself look like a cartoon then wanted to give myself the look of an avatar so I added layers made my skin glow blue and green. I wanted my personality to still be in my avatar so I decided for my avatar not to be an alter ego of myself. I really like the way it turned out I think my last project was one of my best and favorites.

For this project I created an ad to promote my digital imaging work. I picked six of my favorite works to put on my add. I added a red border that would stand out against the blue background. I think it turned out very well

Color wheel stencil peace sign

For my second color wheel stencil I used the peace sign and filled in the peace signs with pictures of me. I used different pictures for each one and edited each to make them different. I wanted to make this project more interesting so I used for peace symbols not just one. I wanted to create a project that meant a lot to me and this one really does. I think it turned out nicely.

For this project I used my favorite symbol the browning symbol. I started out with just a plain white symbol and copied it four times to have five four smaller symbols. It took me a while to get the pink and blue swirl background to fill in the symbol but once I got it the other four were easier. I put different layers and changed up the colors on all five of the browning symbols. This is my favorite project I have done in this class and think it turned out very well.

I created an ad for a 2012 mustang. I took a picture of the car placed it on a black background then added text encouraging people to buy the mustang and added different things to the background to make it more interesting. I enjoyed making this project the mustang is my favorite car.
