Genoa Chair
For this project I had to take a picture of a genoa chair and cover it with images from an artist. I chose Vincent Van Goah and two of his paintings the starry night and starry night over the rhone. I cut the images into pieces to fit onto the chair and did one strip from the starry night and then the next from the starry night over the rhone. I created a whole new chair with these two paintings. I think the chair turned out nicely.

midterm project
For my midterm project I made a grid seven by five and filled it in with pictures of me, the beach and blue backgrounds with beach written into them. I edited each picture a different way and put different layers and effects into them. I wanted each picture to be unique and stand out. I placed a blue border around the images because blue blends into my beach scene well. I put a lot of effort and time into this project and really liked the way it turned out.

Nine square project
After doing my four square project I knew exactly what to do for this project, it was the same basis just bigger. I used two images of myself and rotated them around, used a lot of different layers, tools and tried to make each image stand out. For the border I wanted a bright color, one that would stand out between the images so I chose a bright lime green. I placed some of my images upside down, rotated them around and make each different. My nine square project has been my favorite so far and I think it turned out well.
four by four project
For my four by four project I used a picture I took of myself and duplicated it so I had four pictures of the same image and used different filters for each. I wanted each image to be a lot different from each other so I rotated them around, changed the background colors, color schemes and edited them to look different. I added a border around the four images to add more space between each image and to let them stand out more. I was really happy by the way my four by four project turned out. I got to put myself in it which made I liked.

more visual puns
My third visual pun that I created was a butterfly. For the body of the butterfly I used a stick of butter since it's a butter-fly. Then I placed four wings on the stick of butter and antenas. I placed my butterfly on a orange polka dotted background so my butterfly blended in nicely. This was my favorite visual pun out of the four I created. I really like the way it turned out and enjoyed creating my version of a butterfly.
My visual pun of a dragonfly has the body of a dragon and wings of a fly. A dragonfly reminds me of both a dragon flying and a dragonfly so I created something with the mix of the two. My dragonfly is flying through a bright orange sunset with wings. I think my dragonfly visual pun turned out well.

visual puns
For my Flower bulb visual pun I took a picture of a garden flower and a flower bulb to create an image that looked as if the flower bulb was sprouting out of the flower. I implanted the bulb inside the flower after i had erased the stigma and all of the other parts of the flower. I brightened up the image and tried to make the bulb blend into the flower. This project gave me a chance to be really creative and form and image that comes to my mind when I think of a flower bulb.
My second visual pun I created was of a bookworm. When I thought of a bookworm I thought of a worm inside of a book. I created a image of a book with a worm blended into the background of it. The first thing I did was find an image of a book and then layered a worm onto the pages of it. Behind the worm in the background of the book I placed a poem about a worm. My bookworm visual pun can be seem in different ways. I created a book about worms and also a book with a worm inside of it. I liked the way this project turned out.

me
For this project i took the outline of my body cut it out from a picture and put it on a beach background because I love the beach. I filled my silhouette in with tie dye to make it colorful and stand out. Around my silhouette and the beach scene I arranged different words and favorite sayings that describe me. I thought this project was creative and gave me a chance to do something that represents me and I liked putting text into my project it made my project have more things going on than just my silhouette and background.
